Over the last 6 years, Rotorua Rentals have managed my property with three very good tenants. My thanks goes to all of the current staff, and includes previous staff and owners Richard, Pauline and Maree. Whilst I had varying degrees of interactions with all staff members, the following two are worthy of particular mention. Thank you to Natalie for being the very important meet and greet person at reception. Your continual friendly, happy and cheerful greetings made all my dealings very pleasant and never a chore. To Kelly, thank you so much for all your help and assistance, whether in person at the office, or in later years when we liaised more by email. Thanks guys for being an amazing team over the last 15 years of looking after my properties. Sometimes things got tough when bills far outweighed the income received like insulation and deck replacement within a few months of each other. Rotorua Rentals have all the required service people just a phone call away to get things done promptly. I have been with Rotorua Rentals for few years now. I never had a bad experience with my past owners as well, but being with Rotorua Rentals is amazing. I have never met the manager in person, but she definitely has an amazing heart. She sends me Christmas presents, a thank you card and recently sent me a card to welcome my son and for his well being. All staff at Rotorua Rentals are amazing.
