Information for Tenants
We require all tenants to fill out an application, which allows you to access the Rotorua Rentals property portfolio and allows us to help you find the perfect suitable home. Below we list our rental requirements and what you need to know about finding a home with us.
Rental Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Fill out a Rental Application
- Present valid Photo ID
- Adhere to all clauses in your rental agreement
Inspections
In order for us to adequately check the premises for maintenance during inspections, it is imperative that the property be presented in a clean and tidy manner. We suggest you follow our Inspection Guide in preparation of your next Inspection.
Maintenance
If you are currently renting one of our properties, you can fill out our online form to request maintenance or repairs. Alternatively, you can come in to our office to discuss the issue with our team in person.
Rental Application - Apply Now
We keep it simple, which means you fill out one rental application (per adult) for any/all of our properties. A successful application provides you access to our portfolio of rental properties in the Rotorua region, and we are able to place you as soon as possible.
